Withdraw from a purchase

If you bought a course as a consumer and have not yet accessed it, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Complete this form and we will confirm receipt by email and refund the full amount within 14 days. Once access to a course has begun, after you consented to this at checkout, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (see our Terms and conditions of sale).
